![]() ![]() ![]() Her formal training includes the Rhode Island School of Design, the Art Students League of New York City, and the Fine Arts Work Center of Provincetown. Years living abroad had a significant influence on her painting. Packer became the founding Director of the Cape Cod Museum of Art in 1983, after living in Mexico City, Mexico and London, England. ![]() It is in many private and corporate collections, including the Cahoon Museum of American Art, the Cape Cod Museum of Art, and the Provincetown Art Association and Museum. Her work has since been exhibited and collected from New England to California, Greece, and Pakistan. Packer exhibited her first work in the San Francisco Museum of Art when she was five years old. ![]()
